Nhập các mục từ Nhật - Việt của Tra từ vào Wiktionary?[sửa]
Từ điển Nhật - Việt trên tratu.vn gồm 100.000+ mục từ và được phát hành dưới giấy phép Creative Common. Việc nhập các mục từ này vào Wiktionary mặc dù không giúp Wiktionary kiếm thêm nhiều người sử dụng lắm nhưng có thể đẩy Wiktionary tiếng Việt lên vài bậc trên bảng xếp hạng và cũng có thể coi như sự dự phòng nếu một ngày Tra từ không còn tồn tại. Việc nhập dữ liệu bằng bot mặc dù tốn nhiều thời gian nhưng tôi có thể lo được. Mọi người nghĩ sao? --cúmèo89 (thảo luận) 12:07, ngày 29 tháng 1 năm 2011 (UTC)
- TraTu không bật lên API của MediaWiki, chỉ có trang Đặc biệt:Xuất. pywikipediabot sẽ chạy tốt (nhưng việc xuất mục từ sẽ hơi chậm). - Thực ra tra từ có bật API nhưng phải có cách mới truy cập được, tôi đã tải được về máy cá nhân toàn bộ hơn 100.000 mục từ cách đây vài tuần bằng JWBF. Bây giờ vấn đề chỉ là có chuyển sang Wiktioanry hay không và chuyển như thế nào thôi. Tra từ trình bày bài viết khác với cách làm của Wiktionary tiếng Việt và trông khá khó hiểu. Đây là ví dụ về một mục từ trong từ điển Nhật-Việt của Tra từ (không hiểu "n" nghĩa là gì?):

Call for image filter referendum[sửa]
The Wikimedia Foundation, at the direction of the Board of Trustees, will be holding a vote to determine whether members of the community support the creation and usage of an opt-in personal image filter, which would allow readers to voluntarily screen particular types of images strictly for their own account.
