Do we really need this template? At the English Wiktionary, it's assumed that any word without one of these language headers is English. In fact, at the English Wiktionary these headers are only used if the word is part of more than one language. I don't know how essential this is for the Grand Wiktionary project, but it just seems a bit redundant. – Minh Nguyễn (thảo luận, blog) 22:48, 25 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Okay, it may be a bit redundant, but I think that, if it's useful, it will be for the "Grand Wiktionary" project. And it also automatically gives the Category:Bằng tiếng Việt, so that at any moment you can see how for we are with words in one particular language. And it's also neater (theo tôi...).
