I'm not sure we should call this "tiếng Ấn". People at the Vietnamese Wikipedia didn't like it when I created a redirect from Tiếng Việt Nam to Tiếng Việt, and "tiếng Ấn" is no less a misnomer, because there are a lot of other languages in India, not the least of which is English. See w:en:List of national languages of India.
